HOW MUCH DOES JUNK REMOVAL COST?

Honestly, there are many factors that go into giving a quote. Size of the items, weight of items, travel distance and type of material to be removed are the main ones. There is just no way to give you an exact quote on junk removal over the phone. Once you call, we will set up a FREE, NO OBLIGATION quote. We will come to you, look over the items, and give you a quote.  We have 6 different prices, based on the amount of space your items take up.

WHY IS JUNK REMOVAL SO "EXPENSIVE"?

Lets go over this so you can understand why the pricing is what it is. The main reasons is labor, gas, insurance and dump fees. We pay our guys from the time they get in the truck to the time they get out. If you live a half hour away, we pay them to drive to you, and back, so that 2 hours of labor alone. Our truck is really thirsty and gets about 6-8 miles a gallon. We carry FULL workers comp, and liability insurance. If something happens to one of our guys you are covered from the liability. Some of the smaller guys, dont carry comp, and pay employees under the table. Dump fees...are not cheap. We pay $55 per ton to dump your items, with a 1.5 ton minimum, which is about $100 in fees to dump the items you dont want. Please remember this when you are looking for a cheap price.

WILL THE QUOTED PRICE CHANGE AFTER YOU COME OUT?

No. The reason we send out crews to estimate every job is so that we can give you an accurate price. Telling us over the phone you have some small stuff, a couch and a tv doesnt help us. We need to see the items you want removed, so we can get you the right price. We would hate to say its x amount only to get out there and see the small stuff, actually is an entire garage full of small stuff.

DO YOU HAVE INSURANCE?

Yes. We carry both workers comp, and $1,000,000 in general liability coverage. If anything happens to your property, or the guys removing your items you are fully covered. A lot of the small guys who do this do not have the right insurances to cover you.

DO YOU HAVE REFERENCES?

Of course we do. We have plenty of customers who have reviewed our company, and recommend us to their friends and family. DO YOU OFFER SENIOR OR VETERAN DISCOUNTS?

Absolutely. I have an elderly mother, and grandparents so I understand limited budgets, and fixed incomes. We offer a 10% senior discount, and we are HAPPY to give all VETERANS, past and present, a 15% discount

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept cash, check or credit cards. We also offer 30 day billing on bigger jobs to help with the upfront costs of moving, estates etc.

WHAT ITEMS WILL NOT BE REMOVED?

The list is very small. Basically no tires, and no liquids. Liquids include paint, solvents, antifreeze, motor oil, and cleaning products.
